Minnesota Rusco is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our Inside Sales Team. This role focuses on coaching employees, fostering a positive and productive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide thorough on-the-job training for new hires, including products, rebuttals, Salesforce, Revenue I.O., and other systems.

• Assist the Inside Sales Director in developing ongoing training programs for current staff.

• Hold team members accountable for performance and behavior expectations.

• Monitor agent activity and provide timely feedback, including praise and corrective guidance.

• Conduct accountability meetings with agents to review performance metrics.

• Ensure the team achieves and exceeds monthly goals.

• Manage office opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain a 65% or higher Issue Rate (Confirmed/Total Set).

• Ensure team and individual minimum call expectations are met.

• Monitor and maintain expected set rates for the team.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Rotating Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM

• Rotating Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:15 PM

• Additional hours may be required to ensure coverage.
