What You’ll Do
- Welcome new team members through biweekly orientation and onboarding
- Manage and update personnel files, I-9s, job descriptions, and HRIS data
- Support employee engagement programs and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Drive retention to 9-% or higher after 90+ days of employment
- Assist in investigations, leave tracking, policy training, and compliance reporting
- Own offboarding tasks and help ensure smooth transitions
- Contribute to recruitment and internal communication efforts
- Champion compliance with HR best practices and legal standards

What You Bring
- 2+ years of administrative or generalist experience in human resources
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A friendly, proactive, and adaptable mindset focused on service and results
