What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, check in, organize, and store incoming products at both the main and secondary warehouses
• Upload receiving documents to Salesforce and ensure physical copies are routed to the Procurement Team
• Communicate product receipt to the Operations Team within 24 hours
• Pick, stage, and assist in loading jobs for subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and completeness (including signed pick tickets)
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, neat, and organized at all times
• Support fellow warehouse team members and assist with special projects and process improvements
• Make occasional deliveries or pickups and assist with installations if needed
• Participate in regular warehouse cleaning, organizing, and inventory maintenance

Performance Expectations:

As a Warehouse Assistant - Level T, you will report to the Fulfillment Manager. While you won’t have hire/fire authority or the ability to change policy without approval, your performance will be evaluated regularly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 98% picking and loading accuracy (reviewed monthly)
• Completion of the receiving process within 24 hours of receipt (reviewed monthly)

Performance evaluations occur approximately every 90 days during your first year, then annually thereafter.
