As a Project Manager at Minnesota Rusco, you are responsible for ensuring each customer receives a 5-star experience through effective project management—from sales handoff to service completion. You will ensure installations are completed with high quality, on time, and within profit margin targets.
Hire, train, and manage both subcontractors and in-house installation crews.
Ensure install teams are efficient and aligned with sales goals.
Review measured projects for feasibility and budget with the Project Coordinator.
Personally manage large or complex projects through all phases: measure, ordering, install, jobsite visits, and service completion.
Drive online 5-star reviews for all projects.
Ensure timely completion of all window/door projects within target deadlines.
Monitor and ensure weekly payroll for crews is accurate, including incentives and chargebacks.
Perform regular job site visits (both scheduled and surprise visits) to ensure quality control.
Quickly and efficiently resolve any install or service-related issues.
Meet monthly with the Field Operations Manager to discuss install volume goals and improvement ideas.
Manage and assign special projects as needed.
Build and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, customers, internal teams, and leadership.
Oversee scheduling of measure/install calendar to ensure division-wide efficiency.
Establish clear delegation plans in case of absence, vacation, or staffing changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
