We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador Lead (Event & Retail Marketing Lead) to drive our in-store and event-based marketing efforts. You'll lead by example, set high-quality appointments, motivate others, and bring positive energy to every interaction—all while making an impact with one of the most respected home remodeling companies in the region.

As our Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Minnesota Rusco at local events and retail partnerships like Costco. Your mission? Create memorable first impressions, spark curiosity about our home remodeling services, and set qualified appointments for our design consultants—all while mentoring your teammates and keeping our brand standards strong.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead by Example: Set quality appointments and support sales goals at events and retail locations.
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding our reputation through authentic representation and ethical marketing practices.
Material Management: Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of event & retail materials and supplies. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with distribution and return of all materials for events and retail locations. Assist in regular inspections of items being returned to ensure damage is caught and addressed immediately.
Event Execution: Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including transportation, assembly, and disassembly of equipment and materials.
Earn More: $20/HR + Commission bonuses, plus additional monthly incentives (up to $2,000/month).

3+ years in marketing, retail, events, or team leadership.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to inspire and guide team members.
A passion for ethical leadership and values-driven decision-making.
Ability to adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
