As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for each customer from the point of sale through project completion. Your role ensures customers feel supported, informed, and valued every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as each customer’s main point of contact throughout their project.
- Provide consistent communication with customers through appointment reminders, project updates, and post-installation follow-ups.
- Accurately document all communications (calls, texts, emails) in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Project Teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
- Support the Service Coordinator by gathering service request details and completing reminder calls/texts.

What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfort with learning and using CRM systems (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while following established communication processes

- Full-time position
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
