What We Offer

• $18/hour base pay

• Monthly commission: $800–$1,500

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients at local events with an outgoing, lively, and positive demeanor, promoting the products we offer. 
• Set high quality appointments for Minnesota Rusco, Minnesota Shower and Bath, and RKR.  
• Continually acquire product knowledge in order to improve effectiveness in setting quality appointments 
• Assisting with setup, execution, and breakdown of events 

Qualifications

• Brand Ambassadors are people-oriented, lively, enthusiastic, and engaging
• Have customer service or marketing experience
• Gains energy from social environments and can spend several hours on your feet within a booth space
• At least one year's experience in sales, promotions, retail or working with the public
• Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills
• Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
