About the Role
Serve as a liaison between installation and Procurement regarding project questions at point of installation for all window/door projects.
Support installers with technical questions in the field when PM not available.
Work closely with the PM to support and assist in file review, payroll and installer communication.
Meet regularly with Project Manager to discuss milestone progress for all projects, either in service, or currently being installed
Attend and contribute to all window/door check in meetings.
Determine need for electrical and HVAC contractors for each job and list requirements in Sales Force
Work with Procurement, Customer Care and Warranty/Service to help determine accurate product ordering for efficiency of execution and accurate and timely job installation to avoid redo’s
Work with project manager to schedule installs.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with: SUBCONTRACTORS, VENDORS, CUSTOMERS, SALES MANAGER & TEAM, CUSTOMER CARE TEAM, FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, AND EXECUTIVE TEAM. Maintain meticulous records in Sales Force and other record-keeping methods
Provide customers with 5-star experience by working collaboratively with both them and remeasure technician(s) to solve issues before they become problems
Take necessary steps to make sure all duties are delegated and accounted for in the case of absence, vacation, or resignation/termination
